Born in Caloocan, Philippines, she was the daughter of the late Miguel and Marcosa Manuel. She was a Navy spouse who raised four sons; proud of each one and their families, leaving a legacy of family, faith, and love. Angelina was a devoted member of the Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She retired from Sentara after 21 years. Left to cherish her memory: her husband of 46 years,
